Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it for prompt and courteous credit or a full refund. We ask only that returned products be in salable condition. Before any return, please call contact Customer Service. Please make sure that you have your P.O. number, reference number, or invoice number at hand.

Important: Processed books are not returnable if processed according to your instructions.

All returns must be pre-approved to be accepted for credit.
